At Spyki Bags, we strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction with our products. This Cancellation & Return Policy outlines the procedures and conditions for canceling orders and returning products purchased from our website https://spykibags.com.

Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

Note: This policy is in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer. Nothing in this policy affects your legal rights.

2. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order under the following conditions:

Before Shipment

If your order has not yet been shipped, you can cancel it by:

  • Calling our customer care at +91 9899369391 during business hours (10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday)
  • Sending an email to spykistore@gmail.com with your order number and cancellation request
  • Using the cancellation option in your account dashboard (if available)

Orders canceled before shipment will be eligible for a full refund.

After Shipment

Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. In this case, you can return the product after delivery following our return policy.

Important: Customized or personalized bags cannot be canceled once production has begun, as they are made specifically for you.

3. Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most products under the following conditions:

Eligibility Criteria
  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  • All original tags and labels must be attached
  • The product must be in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order number/invoice) must be provided
  • The product must not be listed in our non-returnable items section
Valid Reasons for Return
  • Defective or damaged product received
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Size or color mismatch (if different from what was ordered)
  • Significant difference from product description or images

Free Returns: We offer free return shipping for orders that are defective, damaged, or incorrect. For other returns, return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

Follow these simple steps to return a product:

Securely pack the product in its original packaging with all tags and accessories.

We will arrange pickup or provide return address instructions based on your location.

Receive Refund

Once we receive and inspect the product, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed based on the original payment method and the condition of the returned product:

Refund Methods
  • Credit/Debit Cards: Refunds will be issued to the original card within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned product
  • Net Banking: Refunds will be processed to the same bank account within 3-5 business days
  • UPI/Wallets: Refunds will be issued to the same UPI ID/wallet within 2-3 business days
  • Cash on Delivery: Refunds will be processed via bank transfer to your account (details required)
Refund Amount
  • For returns due to defective/damaged products or our error: Full refund including shipping costs
  • For returns due to change of mind: Product cost refunded, shipping costs not refunded
  • For partial returns: Proportional refund based on items returned

Note: The refund process may take additional time based on your bank's processing times. International transaction fees (if applicable) are not refundable.

6. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless defective:

  • Personalized or customized bags with specific monograms, designs, or alterations
  • Bags with broken seals or tags
  • Products that have been used, worn, or damaged after delivery
  • Clearance sale items (unless defective)
  • Gift cards or promotional items
  • Products purchased from third-party sellers

Important: If you receive a damaged or defective product from the non-returnable category, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for assistance.

7. Exchange Policy

We currently offer exchanges for the following scenarios:

Size/Color Exchange

If you need a different size or color, you can request an exchange within 15 days of delivery, provided:

  • The product is unused and in original condition
  • All tags and packaging are intact
  • The desired size/color is in stock
Defective Product Exchange

If you receive a defective product, we will replace it with the same product at no additional cost, subject to availability.

Exchange Process: To request an exchange, please contact our customer service team. Exchanges may take 7-10 business days to process after we receive the returned item.

8. Warranty Claims

Spyki Bags offers a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.

What's Covered
  • Stitching defects
  • Zipper malfunctions under normal use
  • Hardware defects (buckles, clasps, etc.)
  • Material defects (tears, fading not caused by improper care)
What's Not Covered
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage from misuse, accidents, or improper care
  • Damage from exposure to extreme conditions
  • Modifications or repairs by unauthorized personnel
  • Cosmetic damage that doesn't affect functionality
